Curator's Note — Cronos Marine Sapphire

Just returned from the fair where I saw a dozen iterations of this case design, and this one got the fundamentals right. The PT5000 movement is the workhorse that powers watches costing two to three times as much — you're getting proven mechanics here. Sapphire crystal with cyclops magnification and inner AR coating means legibility without compromise, and the ceramic bezel with 120 clicks holds its finish. At 40mm with a 20 ATM rating, this is a diver that knows its lane.
