Curator's Note — San Martin Sunburst Diver Automatic

Just handled this at the fair and it landed in our collection. The Miyota 9015 here is the same movement in watches selling for $800 to $1,000 elsewhere. The enamel sunburst dial is genuinely exceptional—hand-applied indices, proper BGW-X1 lume, and the finish shifts from gray to green to blue depending on the light. At 11.4mm thick with a screw crown and 200m capability, this is a diver that doesn't pretend to be something it isn't.
